Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and purchases must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.
  • Purchases of a gift voucher can be made online via the deannaroberts.com.au website or in person at various events, exhibitions and sales.  Online vouchers will be forwarded by email to the purchaser as a PDF file.  Hard copy will be posted to purchaser at purchaser’s request only.
  • The voucher is null and void where an allocated number and supplier stamp does not appear on the reverse of the voucher.
  • Acceptance of the gift voucher provided at purchase as payment for items is subject to final verification by the Deanna Roberts – Ceramic Artist upon receipt of the voucher.
  • Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference will be paid to Deanna Roberts – Ceramic Artist in full at the time of purchase.
  • The original Gift Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.
  • Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).
  • Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for deposits on items and no refunds will be given once the voucher has been used.
  • Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher.
  • Gift Certificates may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Certificate.
  • Where Products purchased online with a Gift Certificate are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate.
  • We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, photocopied, altered in any way or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  • When ordering a Gift Voucher, enter the recipient’s email address correctly.  We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased.
  • The Voucher can only be used towards future bookings and cannot be applied to past bookings.
  • You must provide the Voucher Number at the time of booking or when contacting us about your Voucher.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Voucher and Voucher Number secure and confidential. Any person quoting the Voucher Number can use the Voucher. We are not liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of the disclosing your Gift Voucher Number.
  • The Voucher is valid for purchases made within 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the Voucher. The Voucher will expire at midnight on the expiry date stated on the front of the Voucher and cannot be extended.
  • You must make a purchase using your Voucher on or before the expiry date.
  • If there is any credit remaining after redemption of the Voucher, it can be used towards future purchases until the credit balance reaches zero. Any balance that remains on the Voucher after the expiry date is not available for use.
  • Terms are void where prohibited by law.  Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
