You will be invited to submit a review on our site after you have purchased a product or service. If you do not wish to receive a review request, please notify us at the time of purchase by commenting in the ‘Comments’ box during purchase.
Your review will be published on the website deannaroberts.com.au for your respective product/s purchased. In addition, a third party (Customer Reviews – cusrev.com) may also make your reviews public on their website. Customer Reviews (CR) is a service for businesses that offer a voluntary scheme for verification of reviews submitted by customers. CR acts as an independent third party that invites all verified buyers to review their experience with products and services provided by the businesses.
Your reviews may also be published elsewhere on our website and/or to social media platforms from time to time, including Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website such as your gravatar or any other image, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
